Chakra healing for anger management

Despite numerous studies and literature suggesting that individuals with anger issues tend to have problems with their Root Chakra, it should be noted that the Root Chakra is not the primary chakra in need of attention as it merely governs our survival instincts and not for healing anger.

Anger is caused by an imbalance in the Solar Plexus Chakra, when this chakra is congested or over-activated, the lower emotions such as anger, irritation, annoyance, abuse, violence, emotional issues, etc. are magnified. Due to prolonged negative emotions, the solar plexus chakra tends to malfunction, and one tends to feel angry which affects the other energy centers.

Solar Plexus Chakra: Also  known as the Manipura chakra

●  Front Solar Plexus: This Chakra is located in the hollow area between the ribs

●  Back Solar Plexus: This Chakra is located at the back of the front solar plexus

Chakra balancing for anger management

When the chakra energy of Solar Plexus is balanced, we have more ability to handle hardship and criticism, and our thoughts and emotions are regulated, feelings of anger are at bay. When you are at peace you will be positive and radiate that positivity.

We depend on our Solar Plexus for confidence in ourselves and our performance when our chakras are balanced. Feeling accomplished and proud of ourselves, we set ourselves up for success. We become a focal point for emotional expression.

When a person has anger issues and if it's persistent for years then the Chakra tends to develop holes and cracks, this can lead to many physiological problems such as Diabetes, Arthritis, Stomach related issues, etc. and psychological problems such as anxiety, depression, fear, insecurity, etc.

Anger unresolved can make you depressed and anxious. A lack of appropriate channels for expressing anger impacts relationships affects thinking and behavioral patterns and creates a variety of physical issues.

Several health issues are associated with long-term anger including high blood pressure, heart conditions, headaches, skin conditions, and digestive problems. In addition, anger may trigger violent behavior, crime, psychological abuse, and even physical abuse.

How anger affects your Solar Plexus Chakra?

If the Solar plexus Chakra has any blockage it is associated with anger, hatred, violent thoughts, negative thought forms, and all lower negative emotions. When this Chakra is in balance higher emotions such as love and compassion, joy, and happiness is reflected.

Pranic healing is a no-touch no-drug therapy that is highly effective. If a patient is receptive enough the recovery begins from the first session itself. This healing modality is very effective and is one of the ways to balance our chakras to help in healthy survival.

Chakra or Pranic Healing practitioners use their hands to scan to check if the affected Chakra is out of balance, congested, or over-activated. They use certain techniques and project-specific color pranas to remove the blockages located within ensuring smooth movement of the rotation of the chakras.

The Chakra or Pranic healing is an advanced therapy and is beneficial for symptoms such as fear, anxiety, low self-esteem, lack of energy, low confidence, depression, and stomach ailments, and covers almost all illnesses either physiological or psychological.

This healing technique along with Twin Heart Meditation can produce some miraculous healing results and can help in removing blockages. Meditation on Twin Hearts, developed by Grand Master Choa Kok Sui focuses on improving the health of a person physically, mentally, and emotionally and any symptom that is creating uneasiness in our body.

What are Chakras?

In Sanskrit, chakra means wheel. There are seven chakras on the physical body and each works with the others to create an energy field for the body. In other words, each energy center represents some aspect of our lives.

Chakras are spinning energy centers within the energy body. Just as the visible body contains both vital organs and minor organs, the energy body also consists of major, minor, and mini chakras. The physiological or psychological issues are a result of an imbalance in the Chakras.

As per Grand Master Choa Kok Sui’s Modern Pranic Healing, there are 11 major chakras namely

Crown Chakra

The crown chakra is located at the top of the head. The crown chakra is responsible for controlling and stimulating the brain, pineal gland, and entire body.  These chakras are associated with heightened intuition.

Forehead Chakra

The forehead chakra or the Third eye chakra is located at the center of the forehead. The forehead chakra is responsible for controlling and energizing the pineal gland and nervous system. This chakra is associated with intuition.

Ajna Chakra

The Ajna chakra is located in the area between the eyebrows. The Ajna chakra controls certain specific glands like the pituitary, and endocrine and it also has an effect on the brain. It is this chakra that is also responsible for controlling our will aspect.

Throat Chakra

The throat chakra is located at the center of the throat. The throat chakra or Vishuddhi Chakra controls the throat and other organs of the throat like the trachea, thyroid glands, etc. A throat chakra symbolizes the lower mental faculty, the concrete mind. It is used for research, planning, painting, etc. when fine details are necessary.

Heart Chakra

The heart chakra is located in front of the heart or at the center of the chest. The back heart chakra is located at the back of the heart. Heart chakras in the front and the back are responsible for controlling the lungs, heart, thymus gland, and circulation. A person's heart chakra represents higher emotions, including inner peace, love, compassion, kindness, sympathy, patience, etc.
