When the Heart chakra is opened first, the patient being healed is more receptive and conducive to the healing. The patient allows energy to flow freely and is willing to improve their health. In addition, activating the heart chakra helps the person release stress hormones, thereby expediting the healing process.

A balanced chakra should be of the same size as others, it should be open, and spinning optimally absorbing life force.
Every patient is different according to Pranic healers, some are very open to healing, some are closed, some are skeptics, and some can express gratitude. Healing is most effective when people are receptive and want to see positive changes in their life, with regards to their mental and physical health.

Your strongest chakra is your strongest trait. A very successful person, one who is confident, and not struggling to make money have their Root chakra as the strongest. People with these characteristics are dynamic, very action-oriented, and often come across as restless.
There must also have been people you have come across who are very devotional and spiritual, they like to meditate, they practice yoga, when you meet them, you realize that they are very connected. It is very likely that such people have their crown chakra or commonly known as the 7th chakra bigger and stronger and you often address them as spiritual persons or spiritual seekers.
We also come across people who are very generous and kind, they are very loving and compassionate and you really love to be in their company as they radiate loving energy and their aura is magnetic. The heart chakra is open and activated for such people and it is their prominent chakra among other chakras.
Each chakra represents one or more specific traits. The sacral chakra, 3rd Eye chakra, Throat chakra, Manipura chakra, etc when they are stronger, will feature some dominating characteristics. Your characteristics or your behavior are dependants on your dominant chakra.

Sacral chakra can be blocked due to stress, fear, anxiety, and depression. Other possible causes include prolonged illness or sexually transmitted diseases. The Sex chakra is the lower correspondence of the throat chakra and therefore if the throat chakra is affected, the sacral chakra is affected too.
