Ears are an important part of how we experience the world around us. Ear problems range from minor aches to serious issues like permanent ringing in the ear, partial or complete deafness, severe vertigo all of which can greatly impact the quality of life. In some cases, they can even lead to mental health issues. While some ear problems are treatable others have no cure.
Chakra healing is an alternate therapy that can support your treatment along with conventional medicine. Chakras are energy centers that regulate the flow of energy in your body. This energy or vital force flows through every cell of our body and is necessary for our existence. All of us have an energy field around us, it's called our energy body or aura.
Chakras are a part of this energy field. The energy body and physical body are interconnected, therefore, any change in the energy body brings about a change in the physical body. This is the main principle behind the success of chakra healing.
Crown chakra, forehead chakra, anja chakra, throat chakra and heart chakra are the major chakras associated with ear problems. Chakra Healing can be a strong complementary tool for ear problems. Chakras are energy centers that regulate the flow of this energy in our body. The condition of our physical body is connected to the condition of our energy body.
Therefore, by treating the chakras, we can bring about a change in physical health. To understand this, we need to understand we are all surrounded by energy whether we are conscious of it or not. Energy is also very important for our survival and is the fuel on which our body exists.
An auditory experience is one of the first when we are born. Ears continue to play a very important role in communication throughout our life. Ear problems like any other ailment can be uncomfortable and unpleasant.
Ear ailments are more common amongst children than in adults. Adults who smoke or are exposed to second-hand smoke, those with allergies – seasonal or year-round, those with cold or upper respiratory infection are susceptible to ear infections.
The ear has three main parts – the outer ear, middle ear, and inner ear. A middle ear infection is more common in children than in adults. In fact, an ear infection is the most commonly diagnosed bacterial infection in children younger than 7. Some common ear infections include:
Glue ear occurs when the middle part of the ear becomes filled with a sticky, glue-like fluid. This build-up of fluid stops the tiny bones in the middle ear from carrying sound vibrations to the cochlea and causes hearing loss. This is common in young children especially between ages 1 to 6 years. Antibiotics may be needed for treatment.
Tinnitus is ringing, clicking, whooshing sound in the ear, the source of which is not external. Tinnitus is often due to damage to the cochlea or inner ear or can be due to exposure to loud noise. People of all ages get tinnitus, even children. But it’s more common in the elderly. Tinnitus can be temporary e.g. by listening to loud music or by congestion because of a cold. It can be permanent and may also be accompanied by hearing loss. There is no cure available however symptoms can be managed to some extent.
Mastoiditis is an infection of the mastoid bone. Although less common now it still occurs, especially in children. The most common cause of mastoiditis is a middle ear infection. It needs urgent treatment with antibiotics, and in some severe cases, if the infection does not clear up, surgery may be required.
Perforated eardrum describes a hole in the eardrum, caused by infection, loud noises, or injury. It can also occur during airplane take-off and landing. Usually, the hole repairs itself and doesn’t cause any issues. However, sometimes this may cause recurrent infections which can result in ear discharge. If the hole is large enough there may be hearing loss. In some severe cases, surgery may be required.
Labyrinthitis is an inner ear infection that causes inflammation and occurs when cold, flu or middle ear infection spreads to the inner ear. Symptoms include loss of hearing, dizziness, nausea, and vertigo. Symptoms can appear suddenly and without warning. Most people find relief in one to three weeks and may completely recover within a period of one or two months.
Ménière’s disease is a chronic condition that impacts the inner ear responsible for balance and hearing. It most commonly affects people aged 20-60 and is uncommon in children. People suffering from this disease experience recurring vertigo, tinnitus, hearing loss, and feeling of fullness in the ear. There is no cure available for it, but symptoms may be managed.

Chakras were up until recently considered an esoteric topic, mostly discussed for spiritual development. While they do have spiritual significance, they also have physical, emotional, and mental functions. Chakras are energy centers that control and regulate the flow of energy in the body.
This energy which is also known by the name “prana” or “chi" is needed by every cell of the body for its existence. Whenever there is a disturbance that blocks the flow of energy, the body is not able to function properly. If this continues, it manifests itself through the creation of disease in the body. Therefore, the health of chakras is crucial for the health of the physical body.
Pranic Healing is a very effective form of chakra healing. It works on two laws of nature – the first being, the body has the ability to recover itself. For example, when we get a cut, we don’t need to run to a doctor, the body knows how to heal itself, the same is the case with most wounds.
The body has the inbuilt intelligence to heal itself. The second law is that of life energy. Every cell of the body needs a flow of energy for it to exist. Our body functions harmoniously when every part of the body has a smooth flow of prana.
With Pranic Healing one can expedite the rate of natural healing of the body. This is done by removing energy blockages by a technique called cleansing. This helps to restore the natural flow of energy in the body. Thereafter, fresh energy or prana is projected to further expedite the rate of healing.
Pranic Healing also teaches a unique concept called scanning which helps check the condition of the chakras before and after applying the two steps.
The simplicity of the process makes it easy for even a layman to learn and apply it. Anyone over the age of 16 years can join the course and learn it.
Pranic healing is not restricted to physical ailments but can also help to treat psychological ailments. If you are looking at learning more about Pranic Healing, you can visit here. When there is a problem with the ears, we will need to treat energy centers that regulate the flow of energy to the ear and the surrounding area. While most text talks about 7 major chakras, Pranic Healing talks about 11 major chakras and several minor and mini chakras as well. The minor and mini chakras allow the treatment to be more specific and effective, as a result, healing becomes faster. The major chakras that need healing for ear ailments include crown chakra, forehead chakra, and Ajna chakra.
Crown chakra is located in the crown of the head and regulates the functioning of the brain and pineal gland.
The forehead chakra is located in the center of the forehead, it regulates the nervous system and the pineal gland.
Ajna chakra is located at the center of the eyebrows; it controls the pituitary and endocrine glands. It also regulates all the other chakras.
The above chakras regulate the eyes and the ears along with their above-mentioned functions.
We also treat throat and heart chakras.
Throat chakra regulates the throat, thyroid, parathyroid, and lymphatic system.
Heart chakra regulates the heart, lungs, and thymus gland.
Treatment of these two chakras ensures any infection of the throat and respiratory system is treated, in case the ear problem is originating from there.
Apart from the major chakras, there are certain minor chakras also that need treatment. They are ear minor, backhead minor, and jaw minor chakras. All three chakras impact the functioning of ears and make the treatment more focused
Being drug-free and no-touch therapy, Pranic Healing can be applied with ease on children, adults, and the elderly.
While most ear problems resolve on their own, the ones that persist can be serious. Along with medication, chakra healing can be a very effective supportive therapy. By expediting the healing process it can bring much-needed relief and peace of mind.
