Fever: Simple Understanding

Infections often cause a temporary elevation in your body temperature, known as a fever or viral fever. In addition to bacterial infections, fever may also be caused by inflammation, drug reactions, certain types of cancer, etc.

When the body temperature reaches or goes above 103 F (39.4 C), it is a cause for concern in an adult. An individual suffers from extreme chills, recurrent fever when the temperature rises rapidly in fever.

Even a slight rise in temperature may signal an infection, especially in infants and toddlers.

In occurrences of fever, your body is trying to fight off the infection, the immunity level drops, and the immune system will initiate an attack to try to remove the cause. The body's temperature increases when the immune system defends itself against infection. It is common to experience viral fever during this response.

Chakra Healing to Treat Fever

Cooling down the fever with ease through Chakra healing

Pranic or chakra healing is a no-touch and no-drug distant healing modality that is a simple, yet powerful and effective technique to improve overall health conditions. It is a healing modality that cleanses and balances the chakra to facilitate the healthy functioning of the psychological and physiological conditions associated with each chakra.

The human body is built on the foundation of the principle that it is an innately capable self-healing entity. Pranic healing helps stabilize the flow of life force or vital energy to the affected part of the body in order to accelerate healing.

Fever indicates that certain chakras are blocked and not swirling optimally to absorb life force or prana to keep the body healthy. A chakra when blocked can either be congested or depleted. Pranic healers cleanse the affected chakra using certain hand movements with specific colors and balance the chakra so as to retain the health of the patient.

The Solar Plexus or Manipura Chakra is affected with dirty reddish color energy, on cleansing and balancing this chakra the fever can reduce substantially. This chakra is where emotions are lodged both positive and negative, it is due to prolonged stress, worry, fear, anxiety, or depression one can experience fever.

The Heart or Anahata Chakra is cleansed thoroughly to balance and facilitate the smooth flow of energy. This chakra controls the thymus gland and therefore it becomes essential to clean this chakra, as the thymus gland helps fight infection. Malfunctioning of this chakra can manifest into heart diseases, it also helps improve blood circulation as this chakra controls the circulatory system.

The Spleen Chakra is responsible for the general well-being and immune system of the body. This chakra needs thorough cleansing, both the front and the back chakra are cleansed and energized to balance and regulate the flow of energy.

The Navel Chakra is also affected by fever, this chakra controls the intestines and is also responsible for the general vitality. When this chakra is unblocked and healed with specific color it helps in strengthening the body.

The Basic or Root or Muladhara Chakra controls the muscular and skeletal system, it also assists in strengthening the physical body. The Root chakra is associated with the immune system. In fever, it is crucial to have a strong immunity to fight off infection and so it becomes very important to clean and balance the Root chakra. This root chakra is overactivated during fever, when you unblock and balance this chakra the temperature drops substantially.

Along with the above chakras, the Crown, Ajna, Forehead, and Throat Chakras are also healed to unblock and stabilize them. This healing technique can bring about wonderful developments in health.

This profound knowledge was shared by Grand Master Choa Kok Sui, through his extensive research and study about Chakras and  Pranic Healing

What signs and symptoms indicate a fever?

It is common for most people to realize that they are suffering from fever and their immunity level has dropped. Frequently, people can tell whether or not they have a fever by touching the back of their hands to their forehead. Fever can cause the person's forehead to feel extremely warm.

The most accurate way to determine if someone has a fever is to use a thermometer.

Common Symptoms in adults include

  • Headache
  • Sweating
  • Chills
  • General weakness
  • Sore eyes
  • Dehydration
  • Loss of appetite
  • Body aches

Common symptoms of fever in children

Infants and children with fevers should be treated as soon as possible before their temperatures rise too high.

To detect early signs of fever in children we should monitor the following:

  • Check if the child has developed any rashes
  • The skin turns reddish
  • Is irritable all the time
  • Does not sleep well and is constantly tired
  • Does not drink or breastfeed well
  • Crying very loudly

Fever and Covid-19

Symptoms of Coronavirus of an infected person include viral fever, body aches, dry cough, fatigue, chills, headache, sore throat, high blood pressure, lack of appetite, and loss of smell. Covid-19 patients with early diagnosis and regular sessions of chakra healing experienced a decrease in symptoms, and then a complete recovery. By early diagnosis and regular sessions, the patients show mild symptoms, and then none at all, and hence this technique can prove to be a permanent solution.

These physical symptoms of COVID-19 can become more severe for an infected person, such as high frequent fever, breathlessness, persistent cough, or frequent vomiting, which are often indicative of pneumonia and could be life-threatening. If the problem is persistent and getting worse, it is highly recommended to get a consultation from a doctor as soon as possible.

Fluorite chakra healing

The ancient practice of crystal healing is a way to cleanse and balance the body, mind, and spirit. A variety of stones with incredible healing properties have been given to us as a gift by mother nature

Fluorite crystals can help in changing the state of the physical or emotional body. By absorbing negativity, it raises one's vibrations, transforming it into positive energy that brings clarity and mental peace. Crystals have a neutralizing effect and can cleanse old stagnant emotions, replenishing them with fresh, positive energies.

Crystals can do wonders for anyone who is experiencing a crisis mentally, emotionally or even physically. Pranic or Chakra healers point the crystal towards the chakra to disintegrate and cleanse any negative energies in and around the chakra. With the same crystal, fresh prana is infused into the chakra to balance it.

Crystals can heal a number of emotional issues such as stress, anxiety, anger, hate, etc. Fluorite like many other crystals work on the Solar plexus and heal the lower negative emotions, these emotions can be new or pent up inside for years, however, in both cases crystals work the outcome depends on how receptive the patient is and if they are willing to let go and surrender to the process.

What chakra is depression?

Chakras when out of balance or blocked can lead to emotional and physical issues. One can feel stuck or stagnant if their chakras are out of balance.

The Solar Plexus chakra is responsible for depression, anxiety, fear, and all the lower emotions and desires. This chakra is the center of positive and negative emotions. Positive emotions include love, kindness, compassion, mercy, while negative emotions include lust, greed, selfishness, addiction, etc.

Chakra or Pranic healing uses psychotherapy to handle cases that have emotional issues such as depression, the healers use certain specific colors like red, green, violet, gold, and orange in the healing process, each color having its own significant property either to disintegrate or reconcile energies which can be learned in their 2 days psychotherapy course.

Along with the Solar Plexus, the healers also work on the Anahata or Heart chakra which is the center of higher positive emotions. When this chakra is activated it induces a great sense of peace and love. However, depression for a prolonged period can affect all other chakras and therefore it is advised to visit a professional Pranic healer for any guidance.

We often disregard the cause of fever to be for emotional reasons like stress, depression, anxiety and end up treating the effect more than the root cause.

Immune System - Our body’s defense mechanism

The immune system is made up of organs like bone marrow, thymus, lymph nodes, spleen, tonsils, and mucous membranes, chemicals, tissues, and cells that protect the body from infection. We rely on the immune system to protect our bodies against diseases, bacteria, viruses, and foreign bodies and to keep away disease-causing pathogens.

The signs of a weak immune system are exhibited by the following symptoms: colds, tiredness, high-stress levels, frequent infections, gastrointestinal disorders, skin infection, frequent viral fever, and wounds that take more time than normal to heal.

Ways to boost the immune system

Healthy diet:

The nutrients and antioxidants in fruits, vegetables, herbs, nuts, seeds, and legumes offer a better defense against harmful pathogens. One should avoid refined carbs and sugars as it causes obesity and weight gain, which in turn weakens the body’s defense mechanism.

Sleep Well:

A healthy person should rest and sleep enough to safeguard his or her body against illness since adequate sleep strengthens the body's natural immune system.

Moderate Exercise:

Regular, moderate exercise helps your immune system function better and keeps inflammation at bay. Walking, bicycling, jogging, swimming, and short treks are some of the exercises recommended. It also helps improve your blood circulation.

Drink Water:

To avoid dehydration and the consequences associated with it, one should keep the body well hydrated. One can get headaches from dehydration and be impaired physically, mentally, emotionally, and may also have digestion complications. You may be more susceptible to illness.

Keep stress at bay:

Prolonged stress may result in inflammation which can induce an imbalance in the cell function of the immune system. Therefore, it is essential to maintain both the physical body as well as the mental state in good health and have an optimistic attitude.

Yoga and Meditation can help relieve stress levels drastically.

Standing forward bends, cat-cow, Pranayam, rabbit, corpse poses, etc, are some of the most effective yoga asanas and beneficial techniques for lowering stress levels.

Simple yet powerful meditation developed by Grand Master Choa Kok Sui is Meditation on the Twin Hearts. It promotes emotional healing, induces inner peace, stillness, and reduces thought forms, resulting in a state of calm and bliss.

Fever chakra

As chakras are responsible for controlling and energizing multiple organs, we cannot associate one chakra with a specific illness. There is a ripple effect and one chakra if left untreated for too long may impact other chakras as well.

Blocked and congested solar plexus chakras and throat chakras are two of the most common causes of fever. This attacks the immune system, further impacing the root chakra. When the throat chakra is under performing the throat and the respiratory system gets affected and similarly when the solar plexus chakra is blocked we have digestive issues resulting in fever.

Have we ever tried treating our ailments on the spiritual level, we all know that we come from the divine and are connected to the divine, and have lost our way on earth Why is it that as children we are in perfect physical condition but once we become adults we are not? Have we ever thought about this? Its time for us to reflect and look within ourselves.

All diseases manifest on the energy body before they manifest physically. In most cases, chronic diseases are caused by unresolved emotions that we carry for years, not realizing how much harm it causes us internally. Now is the time for us to reflect and let go of the relationship issues, work pressures, stress we carry in our lives believing that they are part of our lives.

How come we only seek solutions when the problem is severe? We would not need doctors if we began to view each problem as a life lesson to be learned and moved on. When we forgive, show more love, don't hold onto things, and accept our mistakes, we connect with the divine and are healed by it.

Unblock and balance chakras

Chakras are energy centers and are like wheels that swirl clockwise and anticlockwise, taking prana from the surroundings to maintain the overall health of the body. A chakra can be blocked by trauma, emotional upheaval, or stress. When a chakra is blocked, it prevents the flow of energy into the body which can weaken the immune system in a healthy person.

A chakra when unblocked and balanced using specific color prana has substantial healing benefits, it regulates the energy flow and strengthens immunity.
